DO NOT USE. Was told a locksmith would arrive in 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes later no locksmith had arrived. Called to ask where the locksmith was, then received a text saying the locksmith would be 25 minutes plus traffic. They clearly had not bothered to book a locksmith. They also said their estimated times don’t include driving / travel as they ‘can’t account for traffic’ - clearly don’t know how to use Google maps! Woman on the phone was incredibly rude and repeatedly spoke over to me and accused me of not listening properly when she had provided inadequate information and an inaccurate description of the timings.

I'm really fussy about customer services. When I lock myself out of my house and need urgent assistance, I can't stand waiting a long time to be helped and I would not have coped without a proficient locksmith turning up, being polite and helpful. He didn't even want a cup of tea!
