I locked my key inside my apartment and called locksmith near me. They were able to send me a locksmith within 11mins. His name was Claudio and he was very polite on the phone and called me upon arrival. When he saw the lock he calmly explained to me what my options were are how much it would cost and in under 10 mins he was able to get me into my apartment to retrieve my keys. Overall a five star experience. Thank you very much

the locksmith was brilliant, he arrived within 20mins, gave us various options with the costs attached and then just got on with the job. We were into the house quickly and everything was fixed an hour later. It's not cheap but you're a captive audience! He was also just a decent guy and easy to talk to. Useful Share
