Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction. I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. Much appreciated the service and the advice, very professional and clean job too.

Turned up when they said they would. Locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well pleased.
