The work was okay but I wasn’t happy having to wait for the locksmith outside my for 20 minutes past the original appointment.

Had them in to change my locks when I moved to a new home in Feb, very clean work.

I prebooked for advise on floodlights and my backdoor after a breakin. Pat was wonderful and explained everything before I decided to follow his recommendations, feel much safer now.

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction. Would use it again, have already recommended to the family to use him.

I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. Much appreciated the service and the advice, very professional and clean job too.
