Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well pleased.

excellent all-around service. The front door lock failed, forcing us to get it repaired. Pat arrived within 30 minutes. He replaced the lock from stock in his van, with no damage and cleaned up afterwards. very reasonable cost as well.

9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?

Alex did a great job and was very friendly. Helped me get into my house late at night and put on a new lock… due to some complications the lock wasn’t right so Elex was very understanding and came back another time to put a different lock on. Thank you so much lifesaver
