The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.

Replacement locks on my windows after break in

I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. I left the house and no sooner than I reached my car and realised that the door keys were inside the house. Also, the car key was inside...I was so angry...at myself of course. I called the locksmith and asked him to come asap. He arrived quickly and assured me that this happens to many people. He opened the door quickly and I was able to get the key.

I cannot fault the service. When I called this morning, within an hour they had arrived at my office! They opened my door with ease and it was a painless process.
