Matt kept me updated on his way to the flat and arrived within 20 minutes. My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her. Managed to open the door without any damage to the lock and avoided any additional costs or repair work. I would definitely recommend Matt for his skill and customer service.

From the moment I rang this company to the end I was given excellent service from the staff in the office down to the guy who fitted my locks, I would definitely recommend this company.

The locksmith arrived on time as promised. He proceeded to rekey 5 locks in a timely fashion. He indicated one lock may require replacement but managed to repair it without further cost.
