Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

Oct 18, 2024Absolute panic late on a Friday, lock was completely seized. The locksmith took around 40min to arrive. The guy was polite and very informative explaining the problem and amazingly had a replacement part in his car. Incredible service and understanding.
