Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well, pleased.

Apr 24, 2024Pat was a huge help today! After having my bag stolen on Friday I haven’t really felt safe at home until Alan installed a new lock today. Despite being a design that’s not readily available, Alan made a call and a new one was made and delivered. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
