Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.

I appreciated the absence of call-out charges. A local locksmith he was polite, reliable and efficient, providing excellent value.

Although arriving slightly later than told on the phone, was only an issue as I was locked out, the work was completed efficiently and quickly. Very friendly and helpful.
