Towing The Colony

Honest, reliable, and highly professional. The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid at the end—no surprise surcharges or hidden fees.

Outstanding customer service. The dispatch operator was reassuring and clear about pricing, and the driver arrived exactly when promised. He took immaculate care of my vehicle and made a stressful afternoon completely hassle-free.

Very satisfied with how they handled my SUV recovery. The driver was incredibly courteous and double-checked everything before pulling away. The quote was transparent, just wish their office hours for picking up personal items from the yard were a bit more flexible.

I was braced for a massive wait since it was pouring rain, but the truck arrived in under 45 minutes. The driver was efficient, polite, and got me sorted quickly. The price was a tiny bit higher than local competitors, but the speed made it worth it.

They did a fantastic job moving my vintage project car across town. The operator used proper straps and took his time to ensure zero damage. It took a bit longer than expected to complete the paperwork on-site, but I'd definitely use them again.

The driver was excellent and handled my lowered car with absolute care. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 20 minutes past the estimated window, but they did call ahead to warn me about the traffic.

The driver was very skilled and got my car out of a tricky tight spot. But the paperwork and card payment process at the roadside took ages because his machine kept losing signal.

The breakdown recovery itself was handled very well. The reason for the 3 stars is that the arrival ETA kept changing every time I called back. It went from 30 minutes, to 50, traffic or no traffic they should know how long they should arrive to their client.

Had your guy tow my car after accident, did excelent work as it was really badly damaged and was in very bad location. excelent service, thanks for ending my bad day with positive outlook, as it's a real stress to be invlolved in an accident especially when this is not your fault.

Ron was amazing and arrived in 20 minutes, he filled my tire with air so I could drive home, more so he said to call him if it ran out of air on the way to tire repair shop and he’d come asap. he even checked to make sure I made it safely. not sure if could mention this, but AAA wouldn’t even send someone and refused to try anything but towing it?
