TR Plumbing

Around 11pm last night I was ringing round for an emergency plumber without any success. I rang TR Plumbing on the off chance that they work late and Stephano who answered the phone said they did. An appointment was booked for this morning and at 8am Trever arrived on my doorstep, within half an hour, my toilet was fixed. What amazing service and lovely people. Stefano was kind and understanding and Jack was polite, professional and respected me and my property. I will certainly keep TR Plumbers at the top of my go to list. Thank you so much.

My old house has had a number of plumbing problems (unfortunately) over the years. Have always found TR Plumbing to be prompt and professional. Trever and Michael did some recent radiator refit work, and provided really excellent service. Highly recommended.

From making the appointment to being advised on the morning that the engineer would arrive in an hour to service the boiler and issue a Landlords' Safety Certificate after testing, all went well. Thank you TR for your excellent and professional service. One would recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service! Called with a plumbing problem at 7:30am and had the issue resolved by 10:30am. Excellent communication throughout and cheerful engineer was brilliant. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Michael was very helpful in explaining to us the whole process. He did the job perfectly and we can't thank him enough.

Michael was great, came and diagnosed the issue and recommended a solution. He was knowledgeable and informed me of the options to solve the problem efficiently.

The bill was high. However we want to commend Michael who is an excellent operational engineer. He and Dean did a very good job. I particularly wasn’t to commend Michael for the excellent way he explained everything to us and being so considerate in dealing with us and the stress we were under.

TR Plumbers have carried out a few different jobs for me. I found both workmen to be highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and presented me with options. Work was done to a high standard and good-quality materials used. They also left the area clean and tidy.

Great work by Trever, he came with the right tools for the job and did not waste any time resolving the issue, testing and explaining the possible causes very well.
