Michael was very helpful in explaining to us the whole process. He did the job perfectly and we can't thank him enough.

Michael was great, came and diagnosed the issue and recommended a solution. He was knowledgeable and informed me of the options to solve the problem efficiently.

The bill was high. However we want to commend Michael who is an excellent operational engineer. He and Dean did a very good job. I particularly wasn’t to commend Michael for the excellent way he explained everything to us and being so considerate in dealing with us and the stress we were under.

They explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and presented me with options. Work was done to a high standard and good-quality materials used. They also left the area clean and tidy.

We had Michael from TR plumbers come to unblock our kitchen pipes. He was incredibly thorough, listened to all our concerns, and was very friendly. The kitchen pipes were clogged all the way out of our flat and he got them flowing better than we've ever had them since we moved in. He addressed a serious situation quickly and calmy, and knew exactly what was needed. We highly recommend him.
