We just had an extremely difficult job done by first class engineers Trever and Steve. They replaced two old water tanks in the loft that had been there since dinosaurs walked down Kensington High Street. The space where the old tanks were was so tight, and impossibly small. But these engineers did this job with good humour and no fuss. They are very nice chaps and worked their socks off. Seriously it was like 2 engineers working on the first Apollo mission to the moon. Their skill, good humour, reliability is second to none. We would recommend them to anyone ( even NASA). They do TR plumbing a credit.

I made an online request to have our smoke alarms repaired. Someone from the company rang back within 5 minutes. He took the details and said that an engineer would be with us in an hour. Steve arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and came back the following day to resolve it. He was friendly, efficient and courteous.

Excellent response time, knowledgeable engineer, who (and this was an unexpected bonus!) had been working for the local council previously and was therefore completely familiar with the local infrastructure. He went above and beyond the call of duty by checking with neighbours whether there had been similar problems with blocked drains.
