From making the appointment to being advised on the morning that the engineer would arrive in an hour to service the boiler and issue a Landlords' Safety Certificate after testing, all went well. Thank you TR for your excellent and professional service. One would recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service! Called with a plumbing problem at 7:30am and had the issue resolved by 10:30am. Excellent communication throughout and cheerful engineer was brilliant. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and presented me with options. Work was done to a high standard and good-quality materials used. They also left the area clean and tidy.
