Pat was great, he tried every possible way to not damage the door and not need to drill and replace the lock which would have been double the cost. Highly recommended.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Matt tidied up any mess before leaving. Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.
