One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike.
