Micheal attended my property and advised on the best approach to eliminate an issue with Rodents. He co ordinated working with Connor Nash who was working on the drains. Micheal was informative and professional and followed up with a phone call the following day to ensure no further issue had occurred.

We returned from our holiday and discovered a leak on the ceiling shortly after use of the kitchen and bathrooms. Recalling the assistance provided by Mat previously, we contacted him in the late hours of the night. His prompt intervention proved invaluable, enabling us to effectively contain the leak through telephone conversation. The matter was subsequently resolved swiftly the following day when he arrived to fix it in person. We are extremely grateful to Mat for his assistance and pleased with the whole process and his professionalism. Mat you are a star!
