Always on time. Had 1 issue with a member of staff and my tenant, which was appropriately addressed by a manager. After that all other representatives of Aspect have been polite, friendly, professional, hardworking and willing to give time to explaining the situation. It has been both physically, mentally and financially difficult, but they have worked with me to get the job done. Thank You Mrs B

It’s the third time I’ve used this company for electrical work; they’ve been brilliant and extremely reliable. Great price too. This morning, the electrician, Dan, came to put up a new ceiling light and three dimmer switches. He was super friendly, respectful, and really quite lovely. Super efficient and quick too. He even helped me move my bed (it needed shifting to put his step ladder there). Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be using again! Great service!

Had a major leak under my house that Aspect helped detect and come with the solution to bypass the leak. Kristian has been brilliant and helped me navigate the pitfalls with dealing with my home insurance company and the water company as well as fix the problem. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to what has been a living nightmare.

I was greeted with a smile and confidence when your agent entered my home. He immediately began working to locate the pipe and performed his job very professionally. Within a few minutes, he identified the issue and completed the work efficiently.

Professional service. After reporting the failure they were at my elderly mother’s home promptly and found the problem using non-intrusive methods. The trace and access service man was friendly to us and considerate to my mother’s him and belongings. With minimum damage he restored electricity at the same time. Excellent service.

Lee came out to us the same day we reached o out due to issues with our fire alarm. He replaced all our fire alarms and we have had no problems since! Extremely grateful for his efficient services and would highly recommend to anyone :)

Thank you for picking up my call late at night. One only realise how heavily we relay on electricity when the power fail in the middle of the night and you cannot even warm milk for a baby. It's worth any price to restore service. Sam, you saved the day (Or night).
