Prebooked to replace door locks in two flats I’m renting out, the company arranged for a locksmith to do both flats at a very competitive price, which is well recommended.

I left the house and no sooner than I reached my car and realised that the door keys were inside the house. Also, the car key was inside...I was so angry...at myself of course. I called the locksmith and asked him to come asap. He arrived quickly and assured me that this happens to many people. He opened the door quickly and I was able to get the key.

The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.

The locksmith arrived within 30 minutes to replace our locks after my daughter’s keys were stolen. He efficiently and expertly changed two lock mechanisms and I have no hesitation in recommending this company which provides a prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions.
