Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well, pleased.

I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.
